Hi, thanks for your interest in my FREE Rental Service. I am an Apartment Specialist and Real Estate Broker working in real estate for almost 15 years and I specialize in apartment rentals. I am advertising to promote some of the best deals we have available for you.
Arizona Apartment Options provides a FREE rental service and we work for hundreds of Landlords. We have luxury to affordable apartments and a variety of apartments in the East Valley area, including Tempe, Mesa, Chandler, Ahwatukee, Scottsdale, East Phoenix and part of Central Phoenix.

To utilize my FREE Rental Service just stop into my office located at 1731 W. Baseline, Suite 101A, that is the SE corner of Pennington and Baseline. My office is behind Chase Bank in the Coppertree plaza. I am in the office Monday thru Satruday, from 9am to 6pm. If you need to, you may fill out your information on my website at azaptrentals.com

There are no hidden fees with my service and many Landlords are waiving application fees.

If you are unsure of your credit history or if you owe a Landlord money, we can help with your situation. We can run your credit report and review which properties work best for you. You may fill out the SURVEY FORM online and submit your information immediately. The best and most efficient way to get immediate service and information is to complete the form and then be prepared to stop into the office for the listings that fit all of your specific needs (more info).

For more immediate attention you can stop in so we can complete your search. Please bring in your photo ID so we may run your credit FREE of charge if we need to and you can take advantage of the perfect apartment where we refer you to. Once you apply you will also need to provide the Landlord with two current pay stubs or a letter from your employer, or proof of income (this can be given after you apply).
